This time I got my hands on a beauty product. Not a big fan of makeup but when it comes to lip colors, there's no stopping me!
My new hunt for lip color was Lakme Absolut Lip Pout since the day Lakme revealed it's collection and no! I didn't want pink, rose, peach or red because very frankly I am bored of these colors. So, I bought Tangerine Touch (sort of orange) and voila! it was the perfect choice. I was confident of pulling that color off and my my am I impressed? Yes, I am!
Coming to the point, What is the perfect lipstick? Let’s break that down.
1. Shade must be timeless, as universally flattering as possible, not too matte or shiny
2. Lips must feel smoothed, formula must be long lasting but not drying
3. Stick must fill heart with joy upon sight, hands with luxury upon lifting, friends with envy upon viewing.
The Lakme absolut lip pout does all of the above. It reveals itself, perfectly faceted, smooth, and a flawless tangerine. The formula is on the matte side, crayon form, but filled with pure silk and botanical extracts.
Pros : Survived meals, stayed for good 6 hours, beautiful fragrance, no fading off & affordable.
Cons : None as such. (If you are confident to pull off this color, just go buy).
A must have in every girl's closet. So girls, don't be afraid to go wild. Forget the pinks and reds and pick coral and tangerine, just like I did!
